Meet Daisia- I just loved working with this girl. We worked on serious faces, we really did, but I wanted to capture the real her: the one who couldn’t pose seriously for more than a half second before bursting into laughter. Thanks to HMUA Megan Grimm for the look and all the wonderful ideas she brought to our shoot.
Let's get to know you. For people who have never met you - how would your friends and family describe you? What are your interests?: I guess my family and friends would say i’m pretty positive person and I never stop laughing. I also run track, love music and decorating/organizing.
What school do you go to? What do you love about YOUR school?: I go to Fishers High School and one thing I love about my school is how much school spirit we have, especially at football games!
What's one thing you're really good at?: Something I’m really good at is organizing which is kind of ironic because my room still gets pretty messy sometimes.
What is your favorite part about being a model for Fringe Photography?: Safina is very accommodating to whatever your vision is and let’s you do whatever makes you feel the most comfortable. And if you don’t have a vision she’ll definitely help you find one.
What would you do in the next 5 years if you knew you could not fail?: Maybe I’d open my own animal shelter because it’d give me the opportunity to be surrounded by animals all day.
What would you tell someone who's scared to get in front of the camera?: I was afraid of the camera, but now it’s not that scary for me anymore. Just have fun and don’t think too much about it and you’ll find what’s comfortable for you.
What is the best part about being a senior?: The best part about being a senior is getting to guide/ help out your younger friends and you get the most privileges at school when your a senior.
Thank you, Daisia, for being a part of our team!
